ASSA National Ordering FAQs
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PRE-ORDER?
The online store will be "open" through December 26, 2025.
The store will then close and no more online orders will be accepted.
The reason we are only open for this window of time is to allow the vendors producing our items the needed production time.
After that time you will only be able to purchase items at the National.
**Not all of the items for pre-order will be available at the National.
Pre-ordering souvenir items will guarantee your selection in color, details, and size. Merchandise will be available at the show, but limited in size, color, and quantity.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
All online orders can be paid by credit card or PayPal only at checkout.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
This year there is only one shipping option - we are shipping everything prior to the National. There is no "pick up at the National" option.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges may be available based on inventory status at the National.
