2018 National Ordering FAQs


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PRE-ORDER?

The online store will be "open" from Friday, February 9 through Friday, March 16. 

Then on Saturday, March 17 the store will close and no more online orders will be accepted.

The reason we are only open for this window of time is to allow the vendors producing our items the needed production time.

After that time you will only be able to purchase items at the 2018 National. All the items for pre-order will be available at the National.

Pre-ordering souvenir items will guarantee your selection in color, details, and size. Merchandise will be available at the show, but limited in size, color, and quantity.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

All online orders can be paid by credit card only at checkout.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

At check-out, please make sure to look for and select the appropriate option.

  • PICK UP AT 2018 NATIONAL - NO SHIPPING
  • Select a shipping option (all orders selected with this option will ship to you at the end of the 2018 National)
 
  • NOTE: Expect orders to arrive within one to two weeks after the close of the show on Sunday, April 29.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER AT THE NATIONAL?

All orders can be picked up at the Souvenir Table during regular show hours.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges may be available based on inventory status at the National.
