Does ASSA have a physical shop?

No, we are purely an online store where you can purchase unique items all delivered to you. All the people who operate this store are volunteers.

What Payment Options Do I Have?
We only accept credit cards payments. We do not accept checks or money orders. 
Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Missouri, which is the ASSA Store location.

Shipping?
We can only, at this time, ship to the US and Canada. All orders ship via ground retail rate through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
When Will I Receive My Order?
Since all embroidered items are custom, your order will ship 4-6 weeks after order is placed. As each items is a custom order, it takes time to get the item from the supplier, get it embroidered and shipped.
Silk-screened items will ship within a week of your order placement and will are delivered via ground shipment through USPS.
Can I return or exchange items?
Since each item is a custom embroidered piece, we cannot accept returns, make exchanges, or refunds. Please make sure to verify all orders before submitting.
